The Dementor figure features two sets of interchangeable hands, a Dementors kiss effect and a movable figure stand. 

the Voldemort figure is approximately 22.5 cm tall and has 30 point articulations. The Voldemort figure features three sets of interchangeable hands, a pair of bare feet, a fire effect, lord voldemort's wand, lord Voldemort's wand with flash light up effect and a movable figure stand.

Voldemort's wand needs AAA batteries for light up effect which are not included.
